How do you throw away a garbage can?

Well, in my case, you drill holes in the bottom and use it for compost.

My goodness, you would think I was expecting spring or something wouldn't you?

To aid in speeding it up, throw some nitrogen rich fertilizer in to get it strated. Fallen leaves, etc. are very low in nitrogen.
